个人简介 

樊嘉杰,博士,复旦大学青年研究员。香港理工大学博士,期间在美国马里兰大学CALCE中心联合培养,荷兰代尔夫特理工大学博士后/CSC公派访问学者/客座研究员。迄今共发表学术论文105篇,其中一作(含共一)和通讯期刊论文67篇(SCI 30篇);申请/授权专利20余项;主持起草ISA国际标准1项、参与起草国家标准和CSA联盟标准多项。主持和参与国家863项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省六大人才高峰项目(B类)等。获全国“第三代半导体卓越创新青年”称号、入选江苏省科协 “青年科技人才托举工程”、江苏省第十五批“六大人才高峰”高层次人才等。



研究方向

1. 宽禁带半导体封装工艺及可靠性;
2. 封装材料测试及性能表征;
3. 多尺度-多物理场仿真模拟;
4. 可靠性预测、健康管理及数字孪生技术等。
